My journey with yoga began some time ago, and in 2021, I decided to deepen my practice by pursuing teaching qualifications. By April 2022, I had obtained an instructor certificate in Slavic yoga and, subsequently, a Traditional yoga instructor certification as well. Both Traditional and Slavic yoga emphasize focus, balance (including emotional balance), and core strength—qualities I strive to cultivate in my classes. My daily practice has taught me to remain calm in the midst of life’s storms, helping me stay balanced and adaptable to whatever the universe presents each day. Since May 2022, I have been teaching both Slavic Yoga and Hatha Yoga.

About Hatha Yoga
Immerse yourself in the gentle yet transformative practice of Hatha Yoga. This slow-paced class features a series of carefully crafted physical postures, each held for 3-5 deep and mindful breaths. You will be guided through each pose, experiencing a fusion of excitement and relaxation.
The Relaxation Experience
At the beginning and end of every session, indulge in pranayama practices, soothing body scans, and other forms of guided meditation and breathing. These elements promote relaxation and stimulate the ‘rest and digest’ parasympathetic nervous system, leaving you with a profound sense of tranquillity.
The Asana Sequence
This Hatha Yoga class offers asana sequences that transition from strong standing and balancing poses to deep stretches ‘close to the ground,’ concluding with the blissful savasana that will leave you feeling refreshed and energized.
Suitable for All Levels
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner on the path to wellness, you will find guidance through regressions and progressions for each posture, ensuring the needs of students at various levels of experience are met.
