Hi, my name is Brenda, I have a background in nursing but soon realised my passion for teaching Health and Fitness. I left nursing and now have over 28 years’ experience teaching various forms of fitness.
After a cancer diagnosis I found my love for Yoga.
I have trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and doing Power Yoga training at present .
I like to include these styles in my classes.
I look forward to seeing you at my class, where we can delve into the different styles and set ourselves up for the weekend.
